High-accuracy, repeatable magnetic particle inspection performance is now available in aerosol packaging. These Circle Products are designed with the safety and comfort of inspectors in mind, as well as the well being of the environment.

CIRCLESAFE™ AEROSOLS use the latest advances in particle formulation and propellant technology to provide odor-free and fume-free magnetic particle inspection. CircleSafe aerosols utilize carbon dioxide propellant in tough, handsome and conveniently sized extruded aluminum cans. Each case comes with a set of interchangeable spray tips, for use in a variety of inspection conditions.

Three water-based products are entirely non-toxic and non-irritating, biodegradable and nonflammable:

CircleSafe #778A: Yellow/green particles for fluorescent applications
CircleSafe #820A: Black particles for visible light applications
CircleSafe #850A: Visible red/Fluorescent orange-red particles for use in any light environment

For fluorescent applications requiring the use of oil-bath aerosols, CircleSafe #800A provides the highest level of performance and convenience.
